Current Collectors (with Tantalum clip & Septum plug)

·  단단하거나 유연한 기판 위에 증착된 Membrane 또는 Thin film을, 외부 회로와 전극 간의 전기도체 역할을 하는 Tantalum Clip으로 고정시켜 전극을 제조
