Electrode polishing kit

·  실험 전/후, 전극 상태를 깨끗하게 유지하기 위해 표면을 세척하기 위한 polishing kit

Polishing Manual


▶ 정기적인 청소

  1. Microcloth 패드를 유리판에 부착한다.
  2. 0.05μm 알루미나 용액을 필요한 만큼 몇 방울 떨어뜨린다.
  3. 전극 표면과 패드가 평행하도록 하면서 8자 모양으로 문지른다.
  4. 브러쉬와 비누로 세척 후, 증류수로 전극을 완전히 헹군다.



▶ 광택을 잃은 전극의 청소

  1. 나일론 패드를 유리판에 부착한다.
  2. 1μm 알루미나 용액을 몇 방울 떨어뜨린다.
  3. 전극 표면과 패드가 평행하도록 하면서 8자 모양으로 문지른다.
  4. 브러쉬와 비누로 세척 후, 증류수로 전극을 완전히 헹군다.
  5. Microcloth 패드를 유리판에 부착한다.
  6. 0.3μm 알루미나 용액을 몇 방울 떨어뜨린 뒤 3번과 4번 과정을 다시 반복한다.
  7. 다른 microcloth 패드를 유리판에 새로 부착한다.
  8. 0.05μm 알루미나 용액을 몇 방울 떨어뜨린 뒤 3번과 4번 과정을 다시 반복한다.




▶ 표면이 손상된 전극의 연마

  1. Abrasive 패드를 유리판에 부착한다.
  2. 전극 표면과 패드가 평행하도록 하면서 8자 모양으로 문지른다.
  3. 브러쉬와 비누로 세척 후, 증류수로 전극을 완전히 헹군다.
  4. 1μm 알루미나 용액을 떨어뜨린 나일론 패드와 각각 0.3μm, 0.05μm 알루미나 용액을 떨어뜨린 2개의 microcloth 패드를 가지고 2번과 3번 과정을 다시 반복한다.
