  • HT-Z2-HF :  100°C ~ 800°C의 온도 범위에서 20Hz ~ 100MHz의 넓은 주파수 범위에서 임피던스를 정확하게 측정할 수 있는

                                          고온 및 고주파 퍼니스 제어 시스템


                                           HT-Z2-HF-ROD 고온 및 고주파 샘플 로드와 임피던스 분석기를 사용하면 간단한 보정 기능만으로 측정


                                          또한, 소프트웨어를 통해 퍼니스 온도를 제어할 수 있으며, 온도별 임피던스 측정이 가능


                                          반도체, 절연체, 산화물과 같은 저항성 물질에 대한 저항 온도의 의존성을 연구하는 데 사용
