· 1100℃ 까지 사용 가능한 HTSH-1100과 -35~150℃ 에서 사용 가능한 CESH(solid), -50~180℃ 에서 사용 가능한 HTCC(liquid)를 통해 광범위한 온도 영역에서의 실험이 가능
